What are you moving?
It's the first thing the app asks, and it's what lets an operator price your job without a single phone call. Three answers, then roughly how much.
Boxes or goods
A shop restocking, a market trader collecting, boxes going to a relative in another town. If you move goods regularly, the same operators start bidding for your work and you build a short list you trust.
One big item
A fridge, a sofa, a bed, a generator. The thing that won't fit in a car and doesn't justify hiring a whole removal company.
Anything that needs care
Glass, screens, a mirror. Not a separate category — pick what it is, then say so in the notes, and operators can price the extra care before they bid.
People
A family trip, a funeral, a church group, an airport run. Say how many are travelling and drivers bid for the fare — up to eight seats.
Then: roughly how much?
Two answers — fits in a car boot, or a van load. That's the whole second question, and it's why an operator can quote without ringing you first.
There is no truck option, deliberately. The operators on ImbizoHub drive vans, so a full house move or a farm load has nobody to answer it — and we'd rather say that here than take your post and leave it sitting without a single quote. Bigger loads are coming as more operators join.

Pick your driver
Accept the quote you want and their contact details open up. Both of you confirm when the trip is done, then you rate them.
Have a van, bakkie or truck?
Stop waiting for the phone to ring. Jobs are posted with the route, the load and the date already written down.

Driving something bigger? Say so when you register. Customers can only post a truck-sized load while there's a truck on the app to take it — so registering yours is what opens that work up.

Pricing
Posting a trip and collecting quotes is free. We only earn when an operator we found actually gets your job.
The prices shown are what applies once the promotion ends.

Both sides confirm. Then it's done.
A trip isn't finished because one person says so. The customer and the operator each confirm the job is complete, and only then does it close and the rating open.
Two-sided confirmation
Neither side can quietly mark a trip complete alone. If there's a disagreement it stays open rather than disappearing.
Ratings that count once
Each finished trip earns exactly one rating from each side. Nobody can pad their own average, so the stars mean something.
Verified operators
Operators can submit a national ID to be verified. You can see who has before you accept a quote.
You pay the driver directly
Your money for the trip goes to the operator, not through us. We take a capped platform fee on the match and nothing else.
